The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the bustling malls and crowd, making it a peaceful retreat. It is also close to the center of town, providing easy access to the main attractions. it is situated in an alley a couple of blocks from the main street, ensuring a peaceful and serene environment.

The hotel could benefit from more dining options to provide guests with greater choices for their meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially at reception, breakfast, and the concierge. They even helped me arrange a wonderful trip to a floating market and made sure I was not overcharged. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a huge and comfortable bed that gave me a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the train station and very near to shopping malls, making it easy to explore the city and do some shopping. The breakfast spread was great, with a good selection of options to choose from.

Fairly clean and pleasant place, has exceptionally good views at corner room. It has very central location, though the area is bustling.

We loved staying here! The location is great, tucked away in a quiet alley just a couple of blocks from the main shopping street. The staff here is amazing, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They offer room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping 24 hours a day. Additionally, the hotel provides a limousine service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. We loved the in-room amenities like the air conditioning, mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. The staff even provided turndown service and wake-up calls upon request. The restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast and the staff is more than happy to accommodate special diets.

Families should definitely consider staying here.

I liked our stay, the staff were FABULOUS and the location was strategic. Good facilities and the pool was nice. Near a train station, within walking distance of a mall and a supermarket.

The hotel provided excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options from different parts of the world. It was cooked fresh and tasted great. the service and friendliness of the staff, from the cleaning service to the restaurant manager, were great. Key location facts: The hotel was conveniently situated between popular shopping malls and a 10-minute walk from two different sky train stations. It was also a bonus that the hotel offered free shuttle service to and from the sky train stations. Another advantage: The hotel had a good gym and a nice pool area, which added to the overall experience.

One disappointing aspect was that despite the room being big enough, the hotel did not provide an extra bed as requested. It would have been more accommodating if they could have arranged for it.

The breakfast buffet at Courtyard was fantastic! They had a wide variety of Asian and western cuisines, and the food was delicious. The coffee was also great, always a plus for me. I had a great dining experience.
